Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to The Upgrade Society ("TUS") in connection with membership applications and founding member allocations.

Founding Member Deposit

The $499 founding member deposit is fully refundable before June 1st, 2026. If you request a refund before that date, your deposit will be returned in full to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

After June 1st, 2026, the deposit converts to a non-refundable allocation fee as the membership period begins and access is activated.

Pay-in-Full Membership

Full membership payments are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced on June 1st, 2026. If you have paid in full and request a refund before June 1st, 2026, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@upgsociety.com with your full name and the email address used during your application. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the forfeiture of your membership allocation.
